We at Scrapping the Tinman Productions would like to thank you for all your help and support on the film The Children of Fleeting Light. All your hard work and dedication was inspiring and brought our vision to life.
As you know we shot two scenes of the feature. What many of you don't know is that we cut the opening scene as a short film. We are happy to announce that we have been accepted to The Hoboken Film Festival .The festival is very well respected in the film community. Of the thousand plus submissions only 5% were accepted, our film being one of the chosen.
Our film will premier on Monday June 1st at 10pm. Admission is $9. We are all very excited about this. There will be many figureheads at the festival watching and judging the film. This will open doors for us and help us, with a little luck and skill, to get the rest of the film made.
Some of you donated money to the film while others worked hands on. We are eternally grateful to you all. Without you, we would not have made it this far. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We hope to see you at the festival to share this with us.
Visit www.hobokeninternationalfilmfestival.com to purchase tickets. On the home page you'll see a tab that says Tickets & Schedule, drag the mouse over the cab and click on Tickets & Schedule 2009.
